Delivery in 4 to 8 working days, tracked every step of the way
Every Gentleman's Winder is dispatched from our fulfilment partner and delivered to your door within 4 to 8 working days from the moment you place your order. We handle the logistics so you can handle your watches.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm GMT are prepared and dispatched the same working day. Weekend orders leave our warehouse on Monday morning. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link the moment your parcel is on its way.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48, DPD and DHL, depending on your address and order size. Every parcel is tracked end-to-end and insured against loss or damage in transit — at no extra cost to you.
Where we deliver
- United Kingdom (mainland): 4 to 8 working days, tracked delivery included.
- Northern Ireland: 4 to 8 working days.
- Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man: please allow 1 to 2 extra working days.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked delivery is included in your purchase price. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No hidden fees. No customs surprises.
Delayed parcel?
UK carriers are reliable but occasionally slip. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, email contact@gentlemanwinder.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed until your parcel is delivered.
If after 15 working days your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will dispatch a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
Something missing or incorrect?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo if applicable. We resolve any issue quickly and at our cost — it's the least we can do.
Packaging
Every winder is double-boxed, foam-cradled and sealed with tamper-evident tape. Presentation matters almost as much as protection — especially when the winder is a gift.
