Welcome to Gentleman's Winder. These Terms set out the agreement between you, our customer, and us, the seller. They apply each time you browse gentlemanwinder.com or place an order. We've written them as plainly as UK law allows — please take a moment to read them before buying.
1. Who we are

2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. A contract is formed the moment we send you the order confirmation email containing your unique order number. We reserve the right to decline any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or a manifest pricing error — in which case any payment is refunded in full within 5 working days.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay — all processed over encrypted HTTPS by PCI-DSS certified providers. We never see or store your card details.
4. Product information
We take care to describe our winders accurately. Photographs are representative; minor colour variations may occur between monitors, and small design refinements may happen between production batches without affecting function or quality. If a product materially differs from its description, our Refund Policy applies in full.
5. Delivery
Every order is delivered within 4 to 8 working days to any mainland UK address, tracked and insured. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Right to cancel (UK consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Our 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee extends this window without replacing or reducing your statutory rights.
7. Warranty
Every Gentleman's Winder is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, unauthorised repairs, or normal cosmetic wear. To make a warranty claim, email contact@gentlemanwinder.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other non-excludable consumer law. Beyond those rights, our total liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Intellectual property
All content on gentlemanwinder.com — photographs, text, logo, product designs — is the property of Gentleman's Winder and protected by international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use your data is explained in full in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you confirm you have read it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the moment you place it. Material changes will be flagged on our homepage.
12. Governing law & disputes
For UK consumers, the relationship is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in your local UK court. You can also contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for any unresolved complaint.
